A strong CG storyboard was created for direction. This build process of the asset was then kept in mind throughout the animation process
The design aesthetic was created to feel like it is a device that exists in the real world. Something that sparks the imagination and that could be touched and interacted with, something that is imagined to contain futuristic technology. Something that is beautiful but also has familiar design attributes that communicate near-futurism and the world of racing.
